I'm sharing my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. My journey with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. They were simply dishonest, didn't honor promos, and made it impossible to collect an offer when their site was full of glitches. I encountered no customer service 24 hours, no agent, just unprofessionalism. I will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them. When they messed up my BOGO offer, they admitted it but suggested I return my correct style and prescription glasses just to reorder. A simple credit back to my card would have solved it, but 'Nah that's too easy.' I felt compelled to reach out to customer service multiple times, and ultimately to leave this review, because their actions were unacceptable and their proposed solutions were ridiculous.
Customer: I'm calling because your website glitched, I couldn't apply a BOGO promo, and now I'm being told I have to return glasses I already received just to reorder them to get the discount. This is ridiculous. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the website issue and the suggested resolution. My apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. Let me see what options we have here. Customer: The promo was clearly advertised, and you admitted it was a glitch on your end. Why can't you just credit the difference to my card? Having me send back perfectly good glasses and reorder is a waste of everyone's time and effort. CS Rep: I hear your point about the credit.
