I specifically paid a $19.95 "next day delivery" fee, only to immediately receive an email stating my order would take "3 business days." This blatant dishonesty compelled me to try and get a refund, leading me into a frustrating loop of automated bots and unresponsive emails.
Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery on my order, #12345, and then I get an email saying it'll take three business days. That's unacceptable. I want my money back for that shipping charge!
