Let me tell you, my recent online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I feel compelled to share my story as a cautionary tale. I found GlassesUSA to be dishonest, they didn't honor promos, and their site was full of glitches, making it impossible to collect the offer. There's no customer service available 24 hours, and I couldn't reach an agent, which was incredibly unprofessional. I will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them. I was so frustrated by this whole ordeal that I had to reach out to customer service, hoping to resolve the issue with my promotion, but the responses I received were far from satisfactory.
Customer: I'm calling because I placed an order with a BOGO promotion, but it wasn't applied correctly, and I can't seem to get the discount. CS Rep: I understand you're experiencing difficulty with a promotional offer not applying to your recent order. I sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. Let me look into your account. Customer: Yes, it's incredibly frustrating. I spent time picking out glasses, and now the BOGO isn't honored, even though you admitted it was an error on your end. Why can't you just credit the difference? CS Rep: I see the issue you're referring to. Our system currently requires a return and reorder to apply the BOGO promotion in cases like this, even though your current glasses are correct.
